I want to do Broken Yoke again as well, we are very much looking forward to doing this as a Fall Colors run like we talked about. In terms of timing that will actually get us hitting the "colors", when do we think that will be? It's still plenty green around here, with the odd group of trees starting to turn colors in the low boggy areas. Maybe in a couple weeks? How about the weekend before Thanksgiving weekend?
Without sounding over cheesy, I think that between the weather at that time of year (cool and "NO BUGS"), the spectacular scenery and Fall colors of the humongous maples along the way, and the awesomeness of that trail itself, we are setting up for an incredible, (dare I say "romantic"?) day on the trail. I really can't wait!!!!

Fall colors at the ski hill is the thanksgiving week-end...so the week-end after that would be perfect probably.
