We'll ,I finally got around to ordering the bumpstops from Dereck(MudandMore) and got to say what a great guy to deal with.Ordered them on Fri and received them on tues.Great looking product too.Installed them Tuesday night and they fit in my cans perfectly. Been working on this for a couple of days. We'll see how it works.

Decided to get the buggy ready for some bigger tires so I'm swapping the rear for a 14 bolt.Since I'm leaving the 44 in the front for now and staying with the 37" tires until I get a 60 front I needed to keep my ground clearance.I ordered a TMR 15 bolt shave kit and cover along with some 7/8" rod ends to replace the 3/4" ones. I cut the housing to get ready for the shave kit. I got ready to turn the ring gear only to find out the gears I had were 3.73's and I need 4.10's. Guess I'll start building the truss.

Another guy gone one-ton! Shave kit looks cool, the laser must have a head mounted on two axis or a ball to cut that plate like that. Or is it milled?

Got the hubs machined down to fit the 15" wheels I have and redrilled to six bolt hole.Next time I'm home I hope to get it slung under and get the new links made.I'm gonna stretch the wheelbase out to 106-108".

Finally got back at this thing. Rico found me a set of gears and I gave them a shave.Just chucked them in the old housing and hit them with the grinder. Cut the cover down and welded the new piece in. Stuck it back together.Gained 3/4" clearance over the 9" that was in it. Made the brackets for the upper and lower links. Got it all burned in today and then cleaned up the shop. Won't be home again until March.Hope to get the coil-overs mounted, hubs on and driveshaft made then.Wanna have it ready to wheel for May.

Looks good Andy. Is must be hard remembering where you're at with things only being home for short periods at a time to work on it.
