Oh yeh, I forgot to mention I stretched the wheelbase 3" and going to move the front ahead 3" when I put the 60 in the front. That will put it at 108" which should be good on a set of 40's.

Yep, with a zip wheel, belt sander and a hand drill. I miss the plasma cutter. Nice. I use those green discs from 3M for blending things in. The 24grit remove material very quickly. The 36grit works good too.

best price/wicked fast shipping from Ontario on rod ends: www.tmrcustoms.com/store/index.php?main_page=index&cPath=7_184Its about $40 for a 3/4" heim, nut and tube insert package. About $20 to ship 4. Then tax of course. driveline stuff is avail at Parts For Trucks - not sure if that's where Andy got his, but they have it.

Like Jan said, the rod ends came from TMR. The lowers are 7/8"and the uppers are 3/4". The slip yoke came from PFT,along with u-joint and strap kit cost $100. Well, the rear axle is finished and pulled back out for paint. Might have to change the spring rates as the shocks are more upright and it sets a bit higher than before. Now time to pull the transfer cases and reseal them. Hope to get that done before I head back to work but there is always the honey-do list.
