Seeing as the snow melted, I brought the back of the tub in the shop to do some cutting. Now I just have to fill in the gaps. lol Also brought in my high pinion 44 (thanks Mike!). It's an older one that the tubes don't pass through the castings, so... It's getting new tubes. Picture is dark because we lost power for the rest of the afternoon till just a while ago.

Took the 44 housing in to Tracy's this morning to cut out the plug welds with the shops new Hypertherm 45, it made short work of that! Brought this home too (thanks Tracy) and striped it down. Just have to grind it smooth and it's ready to build. Pick-up 8.8

This axle was complete, it's the other one that was bare. Got looking at this one and it seemed wide, turns out it's a newer one and is wider than I want. Might narrow it to use 2 short side axle shafts. Got the Dakota in the shop today while there is no snow. Be working on taking out the engine tomorrow.
