If your muffler was farther forward , it wouldn't be so loud

With that crossmember there I cannot move it any farther forward than what it is. Will think of a way to exit it from back or side of jeep to eliminate that droning sound.

You're on the right track Aaron. Having the turn down under the tub is adding to the droaning. You could also consider adding a resonator to the design to dampen the sound

Well I have had the jeep on the road now for a week and took it offroad last weekend. Had little to no problems offroad at all. I am waiting for the other shocks to come so I don't have to worry about bottoming out anymore. I just got the tires balanced and that made a hue difference. Also the rear RC coils have sagged since I put them in. I have no idea how this would happen since only having them in for such a short time. We had all the measurements from garage floor to bottom of rock slides from when we just put them in til now. Down almost 1 full inch. These measurements were after I drove it to get the alignment and back to make sure they were settled.
I had to add a 1" coil spacer to get the jeep sitting right again. Not overly impressed with these RC coils. When I had my Zone coils in the jeep, I measured before and after and then 2 yrs later before I took them out and they barely moved at all.
The exhaust on the jeep just sucks now. Looking into resonators but all the good muffler shops basically stated that it will lessen the sound but just barely. Better off finding a path for the tailpipe out the back than adding the resonator.
Guess I will have to start all over with the exhaust tailpipe to find a path that will work and not get squished on the trail.
Also I received my new rear adjustable lower control arms to properly align the rear axle. Those hopefully go on tonight or tomorrow. I will get some pics to compare the Zone lowers with the new RC lowers.

Got the new tailpipe installed today and what a huge difference. I am some glad I spent the extra and got this taken care of, even though it was some custom bending. Well worth the money! ;D ;D
Another note on the way into town yesterday the throw out bearing started to squeel when the clutch was depressed. On the way home from getting the tailpipe finished up the squeeling got worse and now squeels if the clutch is not depressed, albeit not as loud. So I parked it and ordered a new clutch kit.
I should start the teardown tonight and hopefully do the install tomorrow night. We will see how things go...

Gary at Andy's Tire on Robie St took care of it. The only part that I do not care for is that the pipe exits out on a 45 deg instead of straight out tucked to the gas tank skid as I asked for.

I tore it all apart last night to take a look and see what was making all the squeeling noise when I pressed on the clutch and this is what I found. lol I am sure this was 1 piece when it was new... This is what I bought to put back into it... I got it all back together last night and it is working well. The only real difference that I can tell (besides no squeeling) is that the pedal is so much easier to push in now. Little effort where it was considerable more before the swap. Oh I forgot to mention that without the help of Allan Apestiguy and John Snyder I would still be fighting with the tranny, Thanks Boys! Aaron

Same thing happened to mine!, I just had it all tore apart thought the hole clutch was bad but just ended up being the throw out bearing snaped off the fork. The clutch still looked brand new. Replaced the bearing clutch pedal is back to normal instead of a leg press at the gym. Lol
