The start of yet another adapter Wish I had the cash to just buy one Bought a 4wd turbo 350 trans from Zach and Clarence gave me an old NP203 t-case. The case had the right spline count input to fit the 350. Uploaded with ImageShack.us27 vs 23 spline Uploaded with ImageShack.usNow I just have to turn these down and press/weld them together. I had Alan make one a long time ago from a ford 205. Now its scheming time again! ;D Once the new D300 input shaft is made then its just a simple matter of making an adapter from the D300 bolt pattern to the TH350 pattern.

Started turning down the 203 input. Cut all the teeth off with a mini grinder then put the shaft into the lathe. Uploaded with ImageShack.usThen discovered the damn lathe wouldn't turn on Screwed around with it for a half hour. No go..... Time for a new plan

I made a custom input for my 300 when I had Steve's Buggy.Turned down a 27 spline input and the 300 input and pressed them into sleeve that I made out of a piece of 2"x 0.250" link material and welded it together.Still goin strong.I ran it in the buggy with 340 hp 4.3,and now Steve been beatin on it behind a strong 350 now for a couple years..

who welded it for ya?....or can you still see well enough old guy?....lol Smart ass... ;D But... ahhhh.... No. My eyes aren't that good anymore I need to use a cheater lens these days to do up close TIG work Welding stick and wire is no problem though! I didn't have the right kind of rods here at home to weld this hard steel so I called on yet another buddy from Cow Bay to do the welding for me. I will probably get the right kind of rods (I have a TIG machine here) and flush up the weld then turn it down.
