Have to dos:1) Install yoke in front axle 2) Install outer axle seals 3) Install new front bumper4) Hook up the PIAAS5) Install 1/2 top Nice to dos:1) Remove windshield frame to repair nuts for hinges2) Design and install spare tire solution. 3) Acquire new PowerPlant Fix whatever crops up between now and then. Done and ready to go ;D Those axle seals wouldn't be the aluminum ones that go next to the hub to keep dirt out of the housing would they?

I had em in the green jeep and I greased them regularly and they still wore the shaft down - if you're going to use em I'd say fill em and grease them at least every two weeks until you see grease coming out - buy a case, you'll need it

Wow! Now there's a blast from the past. See you there Chris! Feel like I am turning into one of the "old" guys that come out of the woodwork a couple of times a year, Oh wait ;D

Interesting. May be worth leaving out. Not saying they don't work because they did. Nothing got in that housing, but I greased them more than I thought was necessary and they wore grooves in both shafts like there wasn't any grease ever put in them.

Is getting mud in the housing like that even an issue?
