with the tires you have jan, you best try to keep it light and use only 4.10 R&P's..... anything lower you'll prob break gears

Where ever u can save weight,I would..easyer to drag 4000lbs up over something than 6000lbs.So what is the price of a 4x8 sheet of 18ga?We sell a sheet of 0.040 alum for $75.00. I don't think that's there's a that much of a difference.But it's lighter

A 4x4 sheet of Aluminum at the same thickness would only weigh 10lbs Jan. So if you used 4 of those 4x4 sheets for skins, floors, hood, storage, etc you'd save 80lbs, that's like 20 PinPins The lighter the better for turning and braking at speed.

but times you want weight for traction. i see a big difference between fooling around in my tracker, and the jeep. the tj has more traction and less wheel spin because of the weight....

but times you want weight for traction. i see a big difference between fooling around in my tracker, and the jeep. the tj has more traction and less wheel spin because of the weight.... i have a tj too..... and i've never had something stuck more in my life.... and in the stupidest places... something a tracker on 31"s would have no problems with... ;D
