Depends on what you are using it for. Looks like a tow strap. Not meant for trying to pop someone out of a hole if that's what it is. If it stretches you are good.

It says 'recovery strap', so it should be of the type used for popping people out of holes. It will stretch. A tow rope will not. www.smartstraps.com/products/towstraps.aspxThe website shows different labelling for tow vs recovery straps. But no product info describing the difference. The weight rating is good for what we do in normal sized Jeeps.
