man that is funky looking! I guess I am used to the upright wood bandsaws I'll have to wait for a mega sale or keep my eye on kijiji. All this virtual shopping is taking up a lot of space in my 18x20. I may just have to punch a hole in the wall and make a little lean to shed on the back. maybe? Thanks for all the info guys!

yeah, but beat him up on price. I got mine on sale for less. try the homebrew motor, it looks 3X bigger than what came stock. Its probably better!

yeah it's going to be tight once i pick up a my Dad's neighbours floor standing drill press. I may be making a trip down to bridgewater this weekend anyway for Hillary so that other metal bandsaw may be in my future. But thanks for looking out Scott!

I was temped to say "that's not a saw, this is a saw" and post a pic of mine. ;D That one should work good for you. 2 new blades for my saw are as much as that!

Here's a pic of mine. make your own table, the stock one sux. the table doubles as a cut-off rack, and is on casters. make sure you can move it around, if you are cutting long stuff in a small shop, it has to be mobile.
