If this doesn't hold I will have to bit the bullet and buy a 47RH with a lockup converter, which will be really expensive yaaaa!
I am concerned about something I found during assembly as well. I had to remove the flexplate to change my rear main seal. It appears as if the TQ bolts are hitting the adapter plate. Maybe it is flexing under load? Not sure, I cleaned up the flex plate, no visible cracks, and there are no aftermarket upgrades I am aware of for the 727? Time will tell, I guess.
Ya they are the correct bolts, and I confirmed that with the new bolts BD sent me with the new converter. Maybe it is from a previous failure before me? Dunno, hard to tell the age of the rub marks on aluminum. The adapter is machined to clear them, just tagged it in a couple spots? She is together and running just getting the fluid level correct now.
So I had been eyeing a 15k winch that has been laying around the warehouse for years. 4wp routinely cleans house on old stock and pretty much gives it away. It's a Runva, the line of winches has been discontinued, so if something happens I am outta luck. I am gunna roll the dice, I was planning on the 16.5k from Warn eventually anyway. I haven't done any testing yet, it is 413-1 gearing and a 7hp motor, so very sloooooooow. And some pics
Now to rescue something really heavy, like the Dodge lol

Definition of an OPTIMIST: A guy falls off a ten story building. Every floor he passes, people hear him say "So far, so good,...So far, so good,...." You know what is coming, but you are still looking on the bright side!
