Just starting a thread on the JK that the brother-in-law bought from Denis. Jan is doing a bumper/stinger combo, I am installing RCVs and a Warn VR12000, and Scott is doing rockrail install and a special step.
Pix to follow!

You have to paint the hood vents orange to match the RCV boots ;D!

It's the stuff they spray at CVO.

Need nite-time driving review for the possible glare coming off the hood.
Hope the mounting location works out, it looks cool there. Won't get smashed up.

No glare on hood. The bar blocks the sight-line. The tip of the stinger positively glows. Aside from that, it's great placement.

LED's are the way to go! Although they seem more expensive at first, they are on par with traditional high quality lights and the price continues to drop. That 40" bar would put my 6 x 85w PIAA's to shame in light output (lumens)! They are available in flood & spot patterns within the same bar and best yet, the amp draw for LED's is about a 1/3rd of traditional lighting!
If you consider a running vehicle has 13.5 volts, my 6 x 85w PIAA's draw ~ 38 amps, this 40" light bar draws < 18 amps! You can imagine what happens with lights on a night and using a winch for recovery!
