Looks good, glad to hear the gears weren't too much of an issue once you found parts. Would have enjoyed seeing the axle get cut!

been a busy weekend with the Boogie Van and the trailer , here is the progress Boogie Van camper conversion Before Took the door trim out The Van had storage shelves in it , this is where they ripped them out , and with a little rot Nutserts and spacers were still there Ugly Steve'O installing the stereo and remote start A couple patches and zinc weld primer Then installed a product called bedtred , rubber mat pre cut to fit the Van Roughing in the bed , storage underneath , I left foot under it Boxed in the wheel wells and filled with insulation Filled in all the studs too Insulated the ceiling with 1 in Styrofoam Then boarded it in with paneling Self tapers and washers Strapped in the walls and insulated My Pop's was over rewiring the trailer New tires and rims for the trailer Much easier on the hoist Paneled the side of the Boogie van in Moved the trailer over to check the brakes New tires fit good , Needs new brakes Van is all roughed in , time for the cabinets / fridge and finish wood working . busy weekend . MVI tomorrow for the Van , trailer needs brakes and the Boogie Van need the 7 way wiring for the trailer and elec brake controller installed . I have to drive the van til jam , gotta break in the new gears

Steve'O was over and finished the stereo install and the remote start , My pops was also over allot , I think he misses working in a shop . We re did the brakes on the trailer and almost finished wiring in the 7 way and brake controller in the van I changed the oil in the Boogie Van , I can believe how small the oil filter is 4.0 vs 6.0 New brakes going on the trailer bolt on's from PFT Still gotta finish the interior , but at this point , I can sleep in it as is
