So a final update on the hoist. It's all in and working, first undercoating job goes this weekend! I didn't get any pictures of the poured concrete before it was backfilled. Here are the bolts to keep it in place. All assembled ready to be secured in place. Used the transit to check for square on the posts. Dad drilling some holes with the hammerdrill. Post bolted down, the back legs are 90ft/lbs, front legs are 150ft/lbs. He made some ramps out of railroad ties to get on/off the ramp. Had some air line run to 2 of the posts from the garage. 1" sch 40 should be sufficient! Power unit all wired in, and a 2nd air outlet for the locks and an air line at this post. The instructions actually reference a 3/4 ton pick up truck for leveling the cables and locks.

I took a drive by the other day and it looks good. He is going to get a lot of use out of that hoist.
