I scored this 04 Libby for a couple of grand, now let the build begin. it will be daily driver week end wheeling jeep and yes it is the same color of the 07 that my wife confiscated from Me. I ordered a 3" Rough Country lift kit, wheel spacer and some 265 x 75 R 16 KM2.

Nice score Luc, I always liked the Libertys. Good to see another getting built for some light wheeling.
Will be watching

And if it doesn't have a hitch, Chrysler will give you a free one.

You should check out www.jeepinbyal.com for some other parts for it, the 265/75/16 will have issues fitting with that lift, Pinch weld in the front will need pounding and there will be inner fender trimming required on the front and extended bumpstops on the back. I have that setup on mine atm and without trimming you gouge the tires. The rear will rip the front part of the fender flare off if bump stops are not extended. Just some FYI from someone who has done it

Just some FYI from someone who has done it Tom, he may not have quite the rubbing issues as you, on the inner fender as you, as he is going with wheel spacers.

He will have the issues as mine are different backspacing than stock wheels (same as spacers), that lift is only good for a guaranteed 245/75/16 with a max of 265/70/16 with trimming. I have done the research on these and had the experience. As for the bump stop I used two Hockey Pucks on the bottom spring perch to stop it from rubbing, I would suggest a little more than two as I did still have some minor rubbing on the wheel well lip. If you go onto www.lostjeeps.com everyone of them will say not to put that size tire on without a 3.5"+ lift, even then the rough country ends up being 2.5" and not a true 3". Not trying to be an ass, just trying to help someone with the liberty

I would also suggest relocating the washer bottle from the passenger from wheel well to a new location.

If that's the case, I may be in the market for a used 2.5" lift when the time comes haha
I need to get working on mine...

Very much so, I am running worn out same size tires as the new ones you bought, and ripped the pump off the bottle on Bump N Grind. If you want to check out mine sometime let me know, so you can see what you may run into. Where I trimmed my inner fenders to stop the rubbing, the tires helped remove both fog lights.
