you will see more getting build as they are dropping in price, 2000 to 3000 score you a nice platform to build on.

Problem is, Id miss the 8l/100km the tracker gives.. thought the libbys might fair a little better. For some strange reason, the styling of them has grown on me.. the price seems to be down in my range too.. cheap :-)

Yup, good platform prices and easy enough to get a small lift installed (anything over 3.5" you have to replace CV axles or machine them) and have some fun. You don't buy them for mileage though.

I put a 3 in RC lift in a Libby on the weekend . What a PITA !! Not even close to the 1-2 hr install time RC lists in the instructions

Yeah the install time on those is retarded, I put two lifts in mine (Broke the strut mount on the first one, bought another lift). The hardest part is the front strut assembly pieces, the rear is just simple. However let us know how much rubbing you get with those tires!

Install times are always for a like new vehicle, anything from around here with a bit of age is going to take longer.
On the 3 WK's I have lifted, the lower strut bolt wasn't coming out with out being cut, so I had to take the upper a-arm off and swing the strut out past the fender. After the spacer is on, had to compress the spring to get it back in. You won't find that in any instructions!

Ya but, that was the first time any work had been done on mine since it was new, 7 years before. But, in this past year, it's had lots of work done.

Sounds good, best thing to do is to cut out the foglight section of the bumper completely, that is where a lot of the rubbing will occur, as well I take it they flattened the pinchweld that is behind the tire in the front wheel well.
