Looks awesome, nice stance. Great job Scott, and congratulations Chris.
I never got around to putting a steering stabilizer on the YJ after building the 3-link. I figure that if I get any wobble, I'll start looking at steering parts. Till then, I'm not worried.

I've learned Scott's the type of guy that will bust his ass on your vehicle and then run it through the car wash before delivering it to the owner. There aren't too many people like that around any more.

I like that steering set-up, plan to use it on my own Jeep. I read a long time ago that a good steering design shouldn't need a steering stabilizer.
Jeep looks great!

Scotty did amazing work and I couldn't be happier. There's a few little odds and ends to take care of like Scott mentioned so the build thread will continue for a little bit here and there.
-NSS is on the way and I'll get Scotty to change that out whenever we get a chance
-Be careful about going on TeamCherokee.com, they have all kinds of things I couldn't find anywhere else. So when I ordered door seals for the back doors (I replaced the front seals on my old rig and salvaged them before it got scrapped), I found all kinds of goodies at great prices.
-The front parking lights are cracked, $8 each at TeamCherokee so those are on the way.
-37 tooth speedo gear as well so my speedo should be bang on, it's only out by 5kph now at 100 but why not get it closer?
- I also found a new tcase chain from Alloy USA for $60. Mine has some play in it so I'll strip it down and replace the chain at some point in the next little while
- early XJ bumper end caps were $10 each for brand new ones, so yeah, ordered them too.
- the floor needs to be cleaned up with a wire wheel, primed and painted. If you haven't guessed, rocker guard for that too!
- CB is in, I need to run the coax and mount the antenna, I'll have to do this before the topless run. The shitheads that stole my old rig didn't have it for long but being the shit heels that they are they took the time to rip the mic off so that needs to be replaced.
-remove the lame stickers from the back of it and then stick all my bitchin BDS, RCV, SOLID, Magnaflow and Mickey Thompson stickers on it.
There's some other stuff and I'll try to document it as well as Scotty because I love build threads as much as the next guy!

I just had a brain-fart.... my steering set-up is identical to this set-up, except I had Alan build it out of 7075 T6 alum. I had it built 3 years ago, when I still had leaf springs in the front. It has been on MANY hard trails, and has seen a pretty good handful of miles on it also, without a steering stabilizer. Still have never felt a bit of death-wobble.
I totally forgot how long it has been since the last rebuild.....

I think that will be the plan for my steering as well. I always feel like I am right on the edge of death wobble.
