A set of 33x10.5 TSL radials would be bitchin' on that ! I may have 4 of them kicking around the garage that I may be willing to sell...

A set of 33x10.5 TSL radials would be bitchin' on that ! I may have 4 of them kicking around the garage that I may be willing to sell... badwithcomputer you can have it in the spring... PM me for a price. I don't think atv tires are weight rated for this thing. The sticker says 2500lbs, but I must have taken at least 200lbs off. 31" is max for this project... I've pounded the innner fender enought to turn the wheels 90% of the way on level ground before rubbing... but a 2" lift would be ideal. She's an extreem budget build, so new tires would have to be cheap or free. I'm happy with these for now, but I may dumpster dive for some non-MVIable mud terrains or TSLs later. I had posted looking for some a while ago, but no replies.

Thanks Steve! Got two hours to pick away at my "practice" project. LOL Capped the ends and preped the plates Burned the plates to the square tube (after test fitting and tacking) Re-installed First piece in... I think I realy got it in the upper middle. A5 on the mig, overlaping spot welds. Their's a fraction of a second between spot welds that I can see the seam. Cleaned up Next piece ...and last. Don't look at the giant blob of shameful weld in the corner. LOL

stock tj front coils will give it about a 4"lift in the rear(can cut it down to 3" if you wish)..... and a 2" spacer on the front coils will give it a 3" lift at the wheel... then you just flip the strut cap upside down to give you 1" more of strut travel to make up for the lift, and oblong the 3 strut holes inwards about 3/8" to get your angle right on the front wheels

Took today off to get a big chunk done. Here's four hours worth of work. Passenger's side done Started tracing fancy curved brackets for body mounts... then just did this They actually had to be hammered in (pass side needed an 1/8" shim), so we'll see if they stay in place once the body starts moving on the trail Metal work on the back is done! Turned around to get to the front I HATE RUST!!! Hit it with the flapper wheel to see what I was dealing with then cut out the worst spots Then probably an hour later I had them all filled
