still picking away at it
on the weekend I cut off the back of the frame, just was way to long. after the body
so I shorten it up 2 inches or so
build some mid body mounts, thinking because it's a fiberglass body it should have them
the more the better.

and build a tranny shifter rod bracken and welded it , to the frame.

first day people stop bring me junk to work on. in weeks
so
I build a rear bumper for it , used 2x4 by 1/4 wall , some cutting and welding and look !! a bumper ha
I wanted a old school look , like something they wood have build in the 70"s or 80's

build a gas tank skid for the yj today
all out of 1/4 steel plate, just got to make one more bend and drill some holes
I moved the gas tank back 4 inches and up 5 inches from stock, this is why I build the rear frame so long , great when I plan come to together

RUSTY is done, well ok, only 90% done lol .. it still needs paint. but it's too cold for that. Now to wait a day or two and take it all a part, To start on the mods, like bigger axles,tires and more hahahaha

should be going for a little drive in it tomorrow and that starting on the mods

well got them cool new tail lights from Grote in
they are a all in one light, great news for jeepers
