Has anyone done a flat belly pan in an LJ or even a tj,
Is there any differences for the LJ?
How much body lift is required to go completely flat across the frame rails?
Any reason to buy a flat belly pan? They just seem like just a sheet of steel with some holes and a lip i could make one for 1/4 cost and not pay shipping
Got a rubicon LJ should that driveshaft be able to hold a decent angle if i just do the flat pan no lift?
What if i add 2" of lift need a CV then? They come factory with a flange instead of slip yolk i believe
Alot of questions thanks to anyone who takes the time to answer them

This is something I've been starting to look into for my Rubi. I might be wrong, but I thought that I had read that the Rubi case is bigger, so you can't go as flat with it.

Scottanchee Any driveline problems? Still running factory shaft with the 2" lift and 2+" raise
Do you regret not going completely flat or do you think a 2" hang is going to clear most things

It's fine as it was , I had the front flat and back angled up I Wouldn't change any of it , you need the clearance for exhaust etc I had a 3 piece skid
