Does anyone have a tool to recalibrate the speedometer on myJK. Put bigger tires on it and the speedo is off about 7 mph.

You will need something like a superchips programmer or AEV Procal. Each unit is tied to a VIN number so it can't be used on multiple vehicles.

Someone more adept at tire size swaps might know the proper terms and such, but there is a gear that goes into your tcase that you can change to get it reading properly. Scotty might know off hand what gear you'd need to properly adjust it.
An alternative is to pace it, either with a GPS or a friend who's speedo is accurate, then keep in mind the variance. T-Dogg has his figured out, with new gears and tires. Now if he can remember it.....all will be ok, lol.

However JKs read speed off a tone ring which can't be change.
