1. Welcome.
2. Potluck dinner and Award Presentation – We will start things off at 4:00pm with the potluck dinner starting at 5:00. There are Five awards to be given out by the Executive this year. These include; Club Spirit Award, Jeeper of the Year, Rookie of the Year Award, the Sponsor of the Year and a Trail Master for Life Award.
The business portion of the AGM will begin at 6:00pm.
3. Minutes of last AGM.
4. Business arising from minutes of last AGM.
5. Treasurer’s report
a. Expenses since last AGM
b. Current balance and unpaid expenses
c. Upcoming Expenses
6. Year in Review – The executive will be going over the events that we have done since the last AGM. i.e. Toy drive, Jeep 101, Dartmouth Dodge, Summer BBQ, Food Drive, etc.
7. Steering Committee – John Mason will be going over issues that have come up over the year concerning the Nova Scotia Jeep Club as a whole.
8. Jeep Jamboree – John Mason will be asked to go over the planning and results from the 2008 Jeep Jamboree.
9. Elections – Elections will take place for the following positions: President, Treasurer, Secreatary, Sponcership and Trail Master 2. The candidates will be given the opportunity to state their platform and answer any questions. A vote will follow.
10. Other Business – If anyone has any other items they would like to bring up this is the opportunity to do so.
11. Prizes to be awarded.
12. Closure of meeting.
