We looked into another Jeep today. It's a 97 ZJ with 173000km on a 4.0L, D30/35 & NP242, floor is in excellent shape (undercoated), newer 235 tires, new inspection, almost power everything for $4995. Man I never knew how well these drive, coils & rear disks are awesome. ;D Leaning more towards this as I would rather have a 5-6K loan than a 10-12k one. It's bone stock so skids and hooks would be first, to bad the XJ skids wouldn't fit.

Actually now that you mention it... no. Common issue, and expensive to fix?

Leave it as is, the DRL module went so it has been unplugged.

nice. some 2" BB and 31's and your are laughing.
the DRL modules are known to go. no biggie, but it usually makes your high beam indicator not work - no blue lite. replacing the DRL module is just a simple plug in.
green means reg. lites, blue is highbeam.
i would strongly recommend doing a trans flush and filter. they are weak and spineless transmissions and you gotta keep on top of them.
congrats. you will appreciate the smooth ride.
