Anyone have recommendations as to who can roll 1 in sc 40 pipe into a 20 in rad , 40 in outside diameter ?

Pipe kinker? I think they come with dies for 1" pipe. Kink, move 1", kink, repeat until round I dunno, just throwing out ideas. Why do you need a steel donut anyway?

We had some 1" square tubing rolled to 96" OD just recently, but I can't remember who did it. I'll find out and get back to you.

sq tube will roll in a set of rolls, pipe will flatten i've got a set a 8' rolls that'll do 3/8 plate...... if needed lol

fill it with sand plug the ends heat with the torch and bend away. its all i have to use and it works for me
