I have my CB mounted on the back of my console and want to tap into the power thats going to the amp for my small subwoofer in the centre console. there are six wires each with a different colour coding. i know two have to be for audio coming from the stereo. my main interest is which one is the + and - for the power to the amp. the easy way would be to use a voltmeter but i don't have one at the moment. .
anyway if someone has a diagram that would be a good help
thanks.

I would be very leery of using your amplifier power as a power source for your CB. The amplifier is very low power and although it has 12v+ it's has very low amperage. You would be safer to run wires back under the console to a better source. Remember nothing kills faster than low voltage!

No worries there it just always sucks to have a voltage drop and have all your electronics get burned in one pop. The woofers amp runs off the radio which I believe is only fused for 15 amps. If you were running both at the same time you run the risk of blowing your Radio fuse which is easy to get at or the CB fuse which you might have to pop the console back apart to get at. Either way its always best to run back to a main line and run a fused wire off of it! Good luck!
