[/font]Tri County KustomZ in Yarmouth is offering powder coating as well as car audio and electronics. Our oven is big enough to fit most control arms, pan hard bars, axles (under 5.5 feet lol) bumpers, etc. really great turn around times and rates. Can also sand blast if needed and remove tires from the rims. Located within the town of Yarmouth andhave a good relationship with a local shuttle service and currior service so shipping parts isn't a problem. if you would like to know more then just ask. Some of our work can be seen on facebook under the group Tri County KustomZ.. thanks guys..and gals lol

for an average rim it's $75...with that i sandblast the rim and coat it one color and put a clear on it. if your rim is going to be 2 colors or alot of masking off stuff then it's $100. if they are badly pitted, rusted, or tons of road rash and need parts to be built back up then i charge $35/hr to do that. I don't have a tire machine but i do have a local garage that is giving me a really good price to remove and reinstall and balance the tires for an extra $50 for the set.

well..been age's since i've posted in here...just thought i would let everyone know i'm now into what's called hydrographics. (water immersion printing as some know) here's a couple pics of my work this can be applied to any substrait that will not be ruined by water...example, dash kits, cb sets, firearms, power tools, etc...I can also mix it with my powder coating to give a great durable finish with a image quality better then air brushing. with some films i can also change up the base color to give different effects or put a candy top coat to really give a one off look. as for films, thee's 100's, there's carbon fiber, flames, skulls, metal designs (diamond plate, brushed stainless, etc) camo patterns from military camo to hunter camos, then there's also the misc stuff that has things like dollar bills, playing cards, etc. it's all topped off with a automotive grade clear coat so it's as durable as any paint job..even though sometimes we put our jeeps in place's that paint jobs don't last lol.. any questions or quotes just msg me on here or check out tricountykustomz.com

Excellent run-down of your new capabilities, thx for the bit of tech, saves a ton of questions. I had no idea how that stuff got made.
Your example items are all awesome looking.

with it being such a new product to the general public, thee's not alot of people who really know anything about it, so i've gotta give as much info and detail as possible. also forgot to mention, my oven for powder coating is now 8 ft tall....i have a working height of 90". so that should take just about anything now lol

Cool on the oven, I had to charge more to make bolt on stingers, instead of welding it on, if some one wanted a powdercoat after.
