your rims on a '94 cherokee are 5x4.5

how do i measure to find the bolt pattern on my jeep?

if you number around the 5 bolt pattern 1-2-3-4-5 measure from 1 to 3 it will be like 4.5, it will be the same as any 5 bolt jeep between 1987 and 2006 and alot of rangers
