This isn't a LockRite.I have one of those in back and works perfect and has for years. The front I bought used and is a PowerTraxs locker and much different. And yeah 5/32 sounds much better.5/16 is just to big a gap for my case....

The locker I had in the rear of my YJ was a Powertrax as well. I had to purchase a new saddle spring kit, and it came with a gapping gauge. It was narrower on one side than the other. The idea was that the small side should go in the gap, but the large side should not. Thats how I set mine up, but sadly I can't tell you WHAT those sizes are because I have since sold the thing, gapping block included. Here is the installation guide for the d30 version: www.richmondgear.com/0002pdfs/8221003.pdfSadly it doesn't state the measurement there. Rob D EDIT: Also, make sure you have the solid crosspin (the zytanium one for the locker) Using a stock crosspin can case issues as well, as told to me straight from richmond.
