Where can I get one of those, locally? I am trying to set up the 98 grand ready to tow. I heard there is a kit that is plug and play style, no splicing just.

Work and play( www.hitchcentre.com/ ) over by Pierceys in Dartmouth, or Uhaul in the same area. It won't be plug and play for the 7 pin, you'll have to wire that separate.
