Yes find out,there was one on Kijji month or so ago from there.I sent her e-mail as she said all trades considered so I asked about our liberty and she declined as she wanted cash plus my KJ and I thought they were worth the same.Anyway let me know asap as I would make trek tomorrow if I can find out or back to work Monday!  |

There is a Silver 2005 at a garage in pubnico. Only obvious mod is the winch. I did not stop to look at it (I already have one) next time I go I will stop and take a look.

Looked at the 05 in Belliveau Cove today and liked it but had DEATH WOBBLE on hwy 101 on any bump and was nasty.The jeep drove awesome till the hwy and was tight and very responsive.Only running on 31" tire and zero lift.I tried to barter on it some more because of this and he didn't budge much.I had a 2hr drive each way to get there and wasn't spending over 9 grand for something that shook the ba-Jesus out of me and jeep so came home empty handed.A little bumbed about it but will search some more this week and maybe call again to make a final offer.It had a new shimmy shock which was a stock one and I know its only masking the problem so?You'd think he would want to fix it so its sell able but he didn't seem that inclined.He said he had his MVI license but?Any hoo I'm rambling now and not making sense so I'll shut up!  |

Good to know about these things for future reference. That LJ was out earlier this year with the For Sale sign in it at the same price I recall. Sorry you wasted your day BackwoodsXJ.

Did'nt waste my day at all!I wanted to look at it as I'm in the market for one and can't buy if you don't look.I appreciated you getting me pics and info and e-mailing to me and the Jeep is decent for sure.I may end up with it yet but will look some more this week and hash it out what I may do?There are some nice TJ on Kijji but want and LJ so will keep looking...... |

$120 tracbar. or balljoints or whatever. I wouldn't let that sway my decision much on interest in the vehicle, its a wear item. My LJ is on 32's, 2", and stock tracbar, never wobbles. A rig with no lift and 31's....its just got a worn part somewhere. $9000 ain't a bad price. |

I thought the guy may have been more interested in making a deal today.I had cash on hand and yes 9000 is a good price on these,but to me to lay down that money today and then hold on for two hours on hwy 101 while the jeep shook the steering wheel out of my hand and try to keep it under control with traffic in both directions and then have to go home and spend money on it so its drivable did'nt make sence.If he would have sweatin the pot alittle and say I'll fix it so its safe or drop the price a bit more so I can fix it,yes.But to have for sale and know it shakes and go'es on and not say boo and let people try it out on the hwy is wrong...
