A BIG thank you to Mr. Tracy Peck for being on the ball!!
Last weekend while out snow wheeling I hit the rev limiter a few times and I blew up an RCV stub shaft. I sent Tracy a message and he said "as soon as Kraig at RCV gets to work Monday I will call him and get ya fixed up!".
Indeed, Tracy got a hold of him and then told me to call Kraig, he will be expecting my call... So I called Kraig and he asked me to email him photos of the damage and that he would get the shaft out to me asap. I emailed the photos and he said the shaft is on its way, he gave me a Fed Ex tracking number and said he would throw in some stickers and some new swag for my troubles. ;D
That is customer service at it's finest It was my first REAL snow wheeling of the year now that we have a few feet on the ground and I was so down and out thinking that I am going to miss most of the winters snow wheeling waiting for the warranty and shit but my shaft should be here by the end of the week and the 'ship will be back in the snow by the end of the weekend!! Howz that fer customer service??!!
I must also say that this isn't the first time that Tracy has had me fixed up so fast!
Before the RCV's I was running AlloyUSA shafts and I broke a stub shaft, I called Tracy and Tracy had AlloyUSA ship me a shaft, I had the new shaft in hand before the broken one even got to Digby.
Thank you Tracy, I don't care what people call you, I think you are one hell of a stand up guy!!
