I have never checked this myself before. But what is the best way to check and see if a u-joint is going bad. I am getting a clicking sound in the front while moving at slow speeds (it magically disappears when i go faster, lol. ). Its something in the drive train and I was thinking a joint either in the axle or drive shaft.

twist it back and forth with both hands keeping drive shaft/axle shaft steady as if your were wringing out a wet towel or shake it violently. any play and you know there's a problem.
