I've just noticed this recently, when first getting going in the morning the rpms like to hang and drop very slowly until its warmed up a little. Is this a by-product of the extreme cold? Makes for awkward shifts.
Also, with heater full blast and i push the clutch in to come to a stop the rpms bob between almost stalling and 1000rpm but then settles out after about 3 bobs. Only does it with the heater on though.
not huge issues but just something new that has shown up this winter.

IAC motor sticking I'd bet... run some TB cleaner through it. Maybe take the IAC stepper motor off the TB and clean it. Could be needing a new one though. It's cold... little servos don't like to move freely.
