Ouch! haha That would suck but it's not the arrangement here.
You are limited to what you can do in any attached garage. You don't want gas smells and grinder dust in the house. My fab stuff goes to Scott and anything else I can't do goes to CVO. I've never had a garage to work in, ever. So this is luxury to me, for what I can do in it and also keeping the Jeep out of the weather. The space I have is about the same I had working in a gravel driveway outside all these years.

Not sure what your lease says, but a couple of years ago a couple buddy's of mine rented a similiar kinda place and put thier atv's in the garage, one day the neighbor saw them working on them in the garage . The next thing they knew the landlord was beating on their door saying the other tenants were complaining about the smell of oil and gas ,He also pointed out that it wasn't a garage ,but a storage shed .....fyi Have fun with your new storage shed . Sounds like jealous neighbours, with nothing better to do than complain Darren, It may not be a large garage, but it beats being out in the cold in the winter when something needs to be done. My old condo had a single like that, we made it work to we moved back here to NS, when I built our house with a larger double

If it's built to Code and it is a Garage, any door entering living space from the garage will be self closing and gasketed (weather stripped) and the seams of the drywall will be at least taped and mudded to prevent fumes from entering the dwelling unit.

The door from garage to house is self closing and well sealed. I doubt I would drop the tank or work on fuel lines in there though. I'd be more worried about my better half shooting me than neighbors. ;D ;D

I found a crimper tool to fix that mess of cat 5 with no ends on them. No idea why they were left unfinished....the other ends are wired to panels in the house. Wifi router won't be staying there once I find a source for cat 5 cable ends.

I'm buying stock in the Acme Ziptie Company! lol Eastlink uses a lot of them. I installed the power bar, the rest is them.
I spoke with my neighbors. No one heard the alarm going off in the garage at 7am last Saturday. Awesome, because it was shrieking like a banshee for 5 minutes until I found my keys. Can't hear my tunes either. So the place is well insulated.

i belive you can actually get some cat 5 ends at princess auto also if you looking for a great surge bar PA sells them too i find them especally handy for computer setups because they are spaced far enough you can plug adapters into them without taking up 2-3 plugs.

ADI or Tri-ed sells them too. You want the RJ 45 and if you have the easy crimp tool make sure you get the easy crimp RJ 45's
Yeah that looks like an easy crimper in the pic. At least they tir wrapped up all the loose wires some guys leave a bad mess. That looks like Eastlinks gear.
