why order from the usa , when you can order the parts from someone in N.S. like CVO or APJ or Peck's or Jansam Motorsports Inc. in N.B or N4wd or someone Canada if we don't buy parts and stuff from the n.s. guys/canada guys , we wont have them around when we need them

1. I'm putting in the T-case drop because I'm getting a tiny bit of vibes and the jeep I originally pulled the lift out of had a t-case drop, so better be safe than sorry. 2. to be honest I didn't know of these places, and I'm in Sydney and rarely go to Halifax or new Brunswick.... do they ship to Sydney? if so then I'll order from then from now on and 3. yes I know, Its been out for a while I've just been too lazy to fix it since I'm planning on buying a LED bar for in-between the pushbar.

re: t-case drop - check your pinion angle before installing a t-case drop. You rig is barely lifted enough to need one. The axle yoke and t-case rear output should operating at the same angle. You might need a wedge shim under the leaf pack.

I had a vibe in mine too, not enough spline engagement on the rear shaft. I put in a longer yoke.

You might need a wedge shim under the leaf pack. The pinon angle looks ok, like the yoke, is parallel with the drive shaft, and there is a wedge shim in it aswell. But the kit also did come with a t-case drop, but the owner of my parts jeep welded it to the frame so i couldent take it off. But now that i think about it, my rear tires are probually un-evenly worn and not ballanced right, because they're all chewed up really bad.. so that might be whats causing my vibe..

I reaallly wish i could find a old 300D Mercedes Benz... I want a diesel in my XJ lol, I'm really contemplating this swap because my 4.0L is getting up there and we all know it wont last forever. So if anyone knows where i could pick up a engine donor for cheap please chime in lol, Also Might be heading to eskasoni Tuesday on a rumor that their might be a XJ with a tire carrier out there, if not... oh well It'll be an adventure!

The 4.0 will put XJ unibodies into the grave. lol I wouldn't worry about it, the 4.0 practically all go well past 300K. But you might need some luck for the Eskasoni mission!

My old XJ had almost 400k on the motor when it blew, and that was due to sludge buildup and sitting for a year. My 4.0 in the ZJ has 385k on it and still runs great. As Jan said, the motor will outlast the Jeep if maintained properly.

But when the time comes Diesel its going! though i dont know how long that'll be lol. Just getting a bit weary because the two other XJ's I've had clunked out on me at around 310K - 318K but then again both of them were renix's And tomorrow will be the trip to eskasoni, I'm just praying that its there and the guy will sell it...

Snow snow go away so i can go out and play! Kinda getting sick of all this snow.. :/ Also i was talking to a friend who was out eskasoni the other day and said that jeep is still there and he knows the guy! but he doesent exactly live there anymore, he's kind of come and go, but roddie told me to go out and look at it, he might be there tomorrow. Only thing is that the guy has 2 cherokees there and might not sell me the carrier, but he might get me to take both XJs for free... But mom says no more jeeps in the yard :<

Well, my hunt out to eskasoni was a COMPLETE waste of time. roddie said it was past the 2nd bridge at a light green trailer.. and guess what?... No light green trailer >8C i even went all the way into eskasoni to see if i could find this elusive "Light green trailer home" and nope, not one. So that was a waste time and gas. Well, at least i wasnt alone on the whole trip But on the other hand, I got a spring for my antenna so i wont break it off in the woods And I finally got my CB working And yesterday i had to make the jeep work a bit to earn its keep But mind you getting that trailer from down back where it was burried in snow wasnt fun.. with all the bouncing around I ended up breaking the flange that holds the exhaust pipe to the header. So as of now my jeep sounds like a tractor.. moreso than it useually does lol.
