To blacken it again - spray-bomb fabric dye from am automotive paint shop.

Simple green, spray it on in the shade, brush it around with a soft bristle brush, wait a minute, spray it off. Also, lube your zippers! but not with fluid film or it will smell like cat piss.

I second the simple green...worked well when I kept the jeep clean... . Never tried tire foam but will have to remember that
