As the subject says the horn in the 94 XJ isn't working. When I press the pad I can hear a "CLICK" comming from a relay just under the dash. I have replaced the relay with 2 othes from the 92, but neither worked. The Haynes manual doesn't say anything about the 3 spoke steering wheel design or anything about the horn period. Some questions I have are: 1. Where is the horn located? 2. Are there any fuses and/or relays that are associated with the horn? 3. Has anyone had this prob and know of any ideas to help me stay out of trouble from using the "Finger Horn"? ;D

Check that it's not packed with mud, or water, or disconnected... especially if the opening is facing upwards.

Yep, had this problem several times (and currently), my horns were behind the bumper, I have put in one up by the rad where the stock airbox used to be, they're <$10 from CT.

There is a plug for the front clip up under the computer for the lights ,and horn, it corrodes and will give you problems with your lights as well , I would pull it apart and clean it up the best you can
