I don't think it's a real u-joint, so it can't be replaced. There are a couple aftermarket replacements available. Don't think you could get them from napa or car quest though. Peck's or APJ can though. Not cheap, think close to $300.

You will have to buy the whole shaft. I had this problem in my old 94 XJ and took it to Andre. He looked at getting a new joint and actually found them but was told that the company who makes them only sells them to the companies that make the shafts. Not sure if its still like this but it was only five years ago when I did it.

Well I know, But no ones got any in stock in Canada it looks like it And the dealer just says nothing. So I'm just going to build one, The first of the week... Well I put on a Yj steering box and all I can said is wow. It's so so much better than the dodge durango ones. It's the same size piston as the durango one. Crazy but it is.

o I found to update this .. I loveing the YJ steering box, Love it I order a weld on u joint from a rod rod shop they got it from Sweet Manufacturing it's 3/4 dd one one end and 1 inch smooth bore .. I just cut the old one off. with some measuring and to make sure the u joint was clocked, the same as the stock tj one. I welded it on . took like 20 mins, and u joint was $90 with taxes and shipping. sorry my phone die that day and I did not get any photos I get some this week. this is the u joint before I started
