I don't mean to come across as rude but it's pretty apparent that is not in good shape and was ridden hard just by the ad.
I wouldn't consider that for anything besides a woods buggy personally.

Looks very fixable to me if you know how to weld floor pans, do basic mechanical and diagnose electrical issues (airbag light is probably the clock spring). Why relegate it to woods buggy status? It is 18 years old, but hey, not everyone can have new JKs.

Absolutely fixable... but probably quite a bit of work/money put into it.
I just think it would be worth while to find a TJ that's in better shape
