Date for meeting and elections

I'd like to get a date set for a meeting and to hold our elections. I won't be running for President again. We really should fill the position of Membership Coordinator or Secretary. Lance has been doing wonderful on both jobs since the forming of the Chapter, but we now have a lot more members. In the begining we had low numbers, now we have more than enough to fill all the position.

That should make the President,Secretary or Membership, and one Trail Master Position open for election.

Might be nice to hold it at the Midvalley or Big Scoop or maybe down Bear River way. We'll do a lunch and vote.

Anyone have another or better idea, throw it out. Nothing is carved in stone.

Hey kevin, if you could let me know when the date for the meeting is that would be great, i'm not going to be home again untill the 2nd weekend of feb. though.

Ill try my hardest to make it down guys. I havnt been neglectin ya'll, but wit job changes and movin to HRM, its been to say the least HECTIC!!
I will say, I wont be able to fill any position due to my physical location now....
Now matter what, so long as i have my Jeep and willing to support a group, Ill always be part of the valley Chapter.

I'm away the first week or so in Feb. If we are thinking about Feb. how about the 20th?
I'd say the 13th but thats the day before cupid day!

We should give a bit of time for people to think about the position's they may be interested in. We'll get something set up for voting for absent members.

I'll send out PM's to everyone I have on my list. Please ask anyone you run into. We'll see how the 20th works.
