Was a great day for off-roading! Thanks all! It seems though, I've lost a radiator, steering box and maybe a transmission I guess the Jeep stays in CB for a while ... maybe it's time to sell it .....sigh

That sucks to hear Rowland, I hope you get her up and running. Was a great time and is always a blast to wheel with you guys. It was pretty neat to see what the little "Non Jeep" could do, very impressed. Take care and will post the next time we are home. Jamie and Heather

jeez Rowland, what were you doing!? Hey Jan.......nothing that I haven't done before. The jeeping gods were against me! This was the little stretch between the Loch Lomond Rd and the Glengary Rd.

Just an FYI to all on this run. My Jeep is back in Halifax with less of a repair bill than anticipated. It will need a new radiator, though. There's a crack right by one of the transmission fluid outlets. Plugged up the crack with silicone....but it won't last. Determined that major leak was transmisson fluid, not power steering fluid, coming from a break in the rubber hose where it enters the rad. Must have gave it a good bang there. Once I fixed that and refilled with fluid, the tranny behaved. Will also need a new gas tank skid. The tinfoil that Chysler used for the original is pretty well toast.
