ok, here's the plan. Dec.26 - Boxing Day - 11:00am in Marion Bridge. - meet at the wharf beside the bridge. - 11:00am because their will be parties, etc the night b4. no-one wants to be up too early, and an earlier start time will just have us sitting around waiting for late people. We are LEAVING the meeting spot at 11:00 - keep in mind the meeting place is 20-30 minutes from the city. - be fueled and fed, there are no services out there. - this is NOT a club run. All makes welcome. - trail should take until 3-4-5pm. We can run straight thru to Loch Lomond, and take Route4 home. Dale and Mike will be going back to their trailer at the same spot we will start from, so there will be two "exits". up to you. - CB channel 16, if you got one. no biggie. my cell is 830-4927. call in the morning if you are having trouble getting on the go. directions: get on the Trans-Canada (popularly called "the bypass" in sydney ) and get off at the Alexandra St exit. head away from the city, follow the signs to Marion Bridge. there are no turns, so it's pretty easy. If you are driving over a big bridge over the Mira, you passed the meeting spot! we will meet at the wharf in Marion Bridge, and head to Chapel Rd. from there. Chapel Rd. leads to the trailhead. this is the same trail that they have the annual mudrun on. We are a little short on winches, but the trail isn't overly difficult. lined up so far: Jan - 93 ZJ 33" locked Mike - zuk buggy 33" locked Dale - f/s chev, 40" locked Al - soa cj5, 35" Mike - yj 35" possibles: Clint - f/s ram 33's Andrea - tj 31's winch Nick - xj 33's Matthew - cj7 33's locked Rowland - tj 31"

we weren't waiting. wheelerdealer mike called me in the morn - he broke his rear d-shaft, so he was out. saw clint downtown a few days ago, he had blown a tire, so he was out. the rest we knew weren't coming, so that's fine, no waiting.
