Any jeepers on here near the Baddeck area. Taking a little R&R there this summer and was thinking about talking the wife into taking the Jeep. I have family that live around the Baddeck area. Next summer is our family reunion, we hold one every five years in Baddeck - MacKillop

Not too many Jeepers around the Baddeck area ! There is one guy there with a New black Rubi, lives out in Big Baddeck by the golf course. I worked at the Inverary Inn for 6 years. I have a good buddie that still works there. He drives a yellow TJ with a 4.5"/35's. If ya wanna go playin, might wanna look him up when you're there !

I'm from Margaree and we get home quite a bit in the summer with the Jeep (possibly both of them this summer) so PM me if you plan on being around the area. Lots of cool spots up in the highlands!

yeah post up Tim. if i'm down there i know enough to make a day out of it, and got a few buddies to ride with.
there is a really nice scenic drive along the water from big harbour to the seal island bridge. if you are going in to north sydney from baddeck it's a great by-way. easy as pie, just a nice drive.

yeah I like the route jan is talking about, If ya wanna make it a little more interesting you can cross over the mountain, I havn't done it but I heard it can be challenging, tho the reason I havnt tried the crossing is I've always been by myself one vehicle that is.
Keep the dates posted

We would be into a weekend trip at some point. The in-laws live in Marion Bridge.

MrsPlankton and I would also be interested in a Cape Breton weekend if someone has some trails in mind.

We would be into a weekend trip at some point. The in-laws live in Marion Bridge. no way. that's 5 minutes from the rocky powerlines that run to Loch Lomond. that's where the pics are from if you saw any of me and my bro's '5 and mudmagnet. they have the mud runs there too, lots of varied terrain. the powerlines: my bro Alan mudmagnet doing what he does best a few pics from the Big Harbour trail from the Seal Island Bridge to Baddeck good times!

Right on... We will be heading down that way I do believe the Aug 4-5 weekend. Should be doable to take the TJ for a rip down to the homestead.
