how did you guys bend the rear 1/4's? started the curve on my Oxy tank, then just screwed it on the tailgate edge and bent it around.

ah lol its only the thin alum, its not 1/4 , i think its 1/8th. i have all kind's left over, half a truck box left, we put it on there just to cover up the huge dent and the cracks in the half inch of body fill on the pannels ;D

Might even be thinner than 1/8. I had some 1/8 I was going to bend for some corners, and there was no doing it by hand. Jeep ended up getting sold, so I never did do it.

Corners can be easilly bumped around on a brake, provided you have access to a large one for 1/4" or better
