Last night, my lights blinked on and off three times in a row. Any special reason why...is this a warning of something to come?

Thought so...yours must be blinking all the time. Do you get used to it? ;D I just thought it may be some sort of Jeep thing. Like an engine check light. Only did it the one time and stopped.

I used to have a problem like that in my Toyota truck. 35" BFGs/camo/ no mud flaps. I saw blinking red and blue lights all the time. Seriously though, do you have auto headlights? The switch on the dash for your headlights may be going. A fellow here at work replaced his light switch and the problem went away. He had a buzzing that happened from time to time from the switch too. Do you get heat from the switch?

No heat, but ocassionally a buzzing is heard. It did get wet, if that matters. It hasn't happened since, but it will probably happen when I am in the woods in the dark with no flashlight.

The part is only cheap. I think around 20 to 30 bucks. Electrical stuff that got wet is bad eh?
