Hotrod grill it is. Even my wife like that idea better than the transformer one. Did a bit more this morning. Closed the rear corners. Had planned on making them a bit more swoopy with a tighter radius but DAMN! Rolling tube is tiring! Plus it sucks moving stuff out of the shop to do work then move it all back in SO this will do Uploaded with ImageShack.usUploaded with ImageShack.usUploaded with ImageShack.usHave family stuff to do today but if I have time I hope to have it a roller by the end of the day .

;D rofl yeah Rico .... how ya doin it Well... for those that know I did a lot of "back and forth" before deciding to use rolled tube.... ;D But how I did it was use the power of BWAHAHAHAHAHA! I can't give away all my secrets! Or maybe I should start a home made tool thread?

Man! Its hard figuring out the compression rate of these darn civic struts! I "think" this is where it will sit at full droop and will compress about 4 inches. Leaving about 2 inches or so up travel. Then I have to take into account the mounts so that may change a bit. I hope.... Uploaded with ImageShack.usUploaded with ImageShack.us

Make temp. adjustable mounts then make permanent ones once you see what works best?

Make temp. adjustable mounts then make permanent ones once you see what works best? Good idea. Time will tell once the weight is on.

All that stuff I posted earlier about figuring out the the spring rate and compression..........? Yeah well forget that Hardly any compression at all. I guess I severely underestimated the weight of the buggy. However..... I say screw it and run it like it sits! Have the front struts on and sitting on its own weight. Looks llike mouse ears!
