I'm pretty sure from about '92 on you can't replace just the bearings. The races aren't separate from the hub (machined as part of the hub), so you have to get a complete hub assembly.
On the older ones you can replace the bearings, but they take a different rotor than the newer ones.

What he said - you cannot replace JUST the bearing - the entire hub must be replaced - no idea why, but I kow it's a roughly $300 job. I take my truck to APJ Automotive, but that may not be an option, depending on where you're located (didn't notice). At the very least, they'll be able to source the parts for you: 902-865-9969 - Andre. Good news? You can elect to do only one side at a time - thankfully! Can't speak to the discs as Alan mentioned, but I did end up doing both hubs on my 1994 Cherokee - made al the difference.

I am MBS/Motion and I can get front hub assemblies but not at a really competitive price; separate cups and cones are another matter

$100 is a fantastic deal, that is what it cost my shop to get them in, average retail of around $180-220

Weird, but cheapest place for these is usually the dealer.
