Im looking for a place to have my trailer inspected. It seems the new rules have really made this a complicated task and most places dont do them any more. Any suggestions?

I think the biggest change is the course the inspectors have to take isn't it? that is X amount of hours and costs $$$ - more $$$ than most inspectors tend to make off trailers?

If I remember correctly if the trailer is equipped with electric brakes then most shops won't do it. Have to take it to a place services trailers with brakes to get it inspected. Like Parts for trucks. I think those camper places, like Fraserway, U-haul, may do them as well. The reason I was given at the time was the normal shop was not stocked or equipped to do necessary repairs if needed. But they have no problem inspecting a trailer with no brakes.
