Been picking away at the buggy.Into the slow time consuming stuff now, seams like you work and work and nothing happens.Been working at the steering, and almost have it done.Just need to make up a return line from the res. to the pump. Made a res. with a filter,Going to try one of the finned tube coolers this time around.Mounted the cooler with a couple of my "Creepy" tabs. These are going to come in very useful. Orbital valve mount.Have the brake and fuel petal mounted. Ram mounts Got to like how much steering you can get out of a 60.I ended up with 40*. You can see the high steer arms that I made.Made these abit lighter than the one on the other buggies. These are 3/4" plate instead of 1",hope that's not going to bit me someday. Have the Daystar bumps mounted.Didn't even bother to make mounting cans this time around.just welded them to the chassis. I'm hoping to have the chassis done in a couple weeks and get it striped down for paint. Now just got to decide on a color. Rue

looking good rue...... brittish racing green metalic..... just to be different lol x2 on this With tan seats and interior... That sounds too fancy for a Rock buggy!!!(I might scatch it.. ;D) Would be nice ,but I'm not going to shell out much money for paint.I'm going to be getting something in a spray bomb, and a color that I can get locally. Was thinking something that" POPS" maybe I can get a hot rod green through Plasti-kote www.plastikote.com/products/Specialty/Engine-Enamel.htmlthoughts? Rue

I dunno what its supposed to look like They take EVS inserts. You can change the densities of the inserts for how much damping you want. But since they come with 12 evs inserts and the pair of cans can only hold 6 inserts,I made up a couple other bodies to for the other end of the buggy. www.daystarweb.com/productdetail.php?productID=1089Rue

Why are you running bump stops with air shocks? The progressive spring rate of air shocks should eliminate the potential of bottoming out. Just curious because I dont plan to install them on the new buggy for this reason.
