Howdy all, I was wondering if it would be possible to slap a small bench seat or a couple of small bucket seats in the trunk of a 95 Grand Cherokee. I wouldn't use them on the road, but with some of my exploration type hobbies they may come in use for sitting a few extra people (small people, not kids). Anyways, tell me when you think, I may start scouring junkyards looking for small seats to throw in. Thanks

i may have a set of tracker rear seats in the next few weeks, if you don't find anything else
i've got some venture van seats too, but thier ment to fit into clips in the floor.. probably wouldn't be real easy to mount in there

I wouldn't think there would be much room for passengers back there, seats would fill most of the space between the rear seat and the hatch, their legs would be jammed way up or their heads in the ceiling unless they are about 4' tall. That being said, go for it and let us know how it works. What would your plan be for seat belts?

The guys travelling in that spot WOULD be just over 5 feet tall lol, as for seat belts Id figure out something. Even waistbelts, or something screwed in the back of the seat itself (into a metal plate) like a airplane harness might work.
